NutriCognia´s Training Session at LFI, UK September 27-28

NutriCognia, in co-operation with Leatherhead Food International, a leading provider of scientific and information solutions and services based in the UK, performed a 2-days training session dedicated to the unique NutriCognia technology, CarboDeep.
 
Four European Food Institutes sent their representatives to the training session in order to get acquainted with the innovative NutriCognia technology.
 
The course consisted of two parts: the lab experiment, using NutriCognia LactoFact™ as a tutorial kit, and a discussion on the main slides’ scanning parameters and the CarboDeep components. The participants had a chance to train in a practical lab environment as well as with the CarboDeep software.
