Biotechnology start-up NutriCognia Ltd. focuses on the dairy and baking products industries, and plans to enter the beer industry soon. NutriCognia´s technology is directed to the analysis of complex sugars in food products as part of the control process in biological production, and can provide food companies with information such as whether certain protein supplement has changed during production and lost its effectiveness in terms of taste or texture, or whether a probiotic bacteria survived during production. Having a rich experience in the field of financial management and buisness development, Mr. Ochshorn served in various managerial and financial positions in local and international companies such as Golan Fine Crafts, Halperin Management Services, BDO and more. Lately he has joined NutriCognia as its new CFO. Mr. Ochshorn possesses Law Degree  ( L.L.B )  from the Ono Academic College, Israel, Accounting and Business Administration C.P.A license and Business Administration Degree from The College of Management  in Tel Aviv , and B.Sc in Electronics.
